New County Hall is a Grade II listed building in use by the local authority in Truro, South West of England. The building is of interesting design and has four designated roof areas where works were carried out.
Works consisted of the undertaking of strip to deck roofing refurbishment works to the 4No areas totalling 2,833m2, installing high performance waterproofing system inclusive of tapered insulation scheme, to reach 0.18W/m2K U-Value to comply with current building regulations. Various sub-contractor works are to be undertaken throughout the project, including scaffold, mansafe system testing, drainage survey, ducting works, LC System & Solar Panel works.
