This CIF project experienced a significant design alteration, transitioning from a re-cladding and fit-out approach to a new build due to structural issues revealed during M&J’s intrusive survey works.
The scope of work involved asbestos removal and the demolition of the existing school hall, as well as groundwork and foundation pad preparation to facilitate the installation of the new steelwork frame, external cladding, doors, and windows. Internal refurbishment tasks encompassed acoustic panel installation, underfloor heating implementation and decorative enhancements.
