The project involved the complete refurbishment of the pitched and flat roofs of an early 1900s building, preserving its historic features while upgrading to modern standards. Key tasks included stripping old materials, installing new insulation systems and retiling. Rainwater systems were upgraded, timber fascias were redecorated and degraded gables were restored.
Work was completed efficiently during the school’s summer holidays with three teams working simultaneously. Regular inspections ensured quality and coordination, successfully blending functionality with the preservation of the buildings historic character.
