CHOSEN CHARITIES
We are actively involved in supporting various charities, engaging in fundraising and donating in excess of £250K in the past 12 months to our chosen charities – The Outward Bound and Teenage Cancer Trust. We recently donated £20,000 to support The Outward Bound Trust’s Minibus appeal. The M&J bus will service the Aberdovey Centre in the beautiful Snowdonia region.
The Outward Bound Trust
Outward is a non-profit educational organisation that serves people of all ages and backgrounds through challenging learning expeditions that inspire strength of character, leadership and service to others, both in and out of the classroom.
Teenage Cancer Trust
Teenage Cancer Trust offers unique care and support, designed for and with young people. They fund specialised nurses, youth workers and hospital units in the NHS, so young people have dedicated staff and facilities to support them throughout treatment.
SUPPORTING LOCAL
As well as being one of the main sponsors of Bedford Blues RFC, M&J collaborates with the Bedford Blues Foundation to facilitate Training Centre visits, providing students with an introduction to the construction industry.

As main sponsors of the Bedford Blues, M&J Group recently completed the re-roofing of the ‘M&J Group stand’ within strict deadlines to ensure the new roof was ready for the first home game of the season.

Blues Foundation is the charitable arm of Bedford Blues Rugby Club. Working across Bedfordshire and neighbouring areas.

NHS Trust Support
We consistently offer support to our local NHS Trusts, contributing over £600 worth of the toys wishlist to Bedford Hospital to support the Riverbank Ward.
Give Back Scheme
M&J has worked with numerous major Housing providers and has committed to donating a percentage of the project contract value back to the client in various forms of support.
Schools & Academies
We assist our School and Academy clients by making donations to support their various events, occasions and student gifts. From donating 400 Easter eggs to supporting school fetes.
Framework Partners
M&J work with many Framework partners and we are always happy to support them with their charity and sponsored events. We recently donated to the British Heart Foundation in support of one of our Framework partners Housing 21.
SPORTS TEAM SPONSORSHIP
M&J sponsor more than 15 cricket, rugby and football teams Nationwide, ranging from Exeter University Cricket Club, the largest University cricket club in the Country to Brighouse Juniors AFC in Sheffield, recent winners of the Huddersfield & District cup.
